for the week of November 17, 2008

Please remember to initial math log on back of reading log nightly . Failure to do this counts as no homework.
Also remember to initial and return the oral math fact practice sheets. I will check them and then send them back to you to keep and use as part of your nightly practice if you wish.

 GRAMMAR HOMEWORK:

Thursday - pages 37B and 38B in grammar workbook. (verbs)

SPELLING HOMEWORK:

Monday - Complete spelling sort (remember to return word cards in folder).

Tuesday –  Write words 3 times each.

Wednesday –  Write missed words 5 times each.or send a note stating they were studied

                        another way.

Thursday –   Write 2 sentences using spelling words. Please include at least one adjective

                     in each sentence. Help your child avoid redundant adjectives (ex: using pretty,

                      lovely and beautiful in one description)

Friday – No homework
